By Mythopoeic I mean: the same understanding denoted by the ancient Greek (cpd adj.) μυθοποιος (muthopoios):— Myth-making, or the typical mode of mythical thinking associated with the popular folk beliefs and primitive religious rites prevalent among ancestral cultures, from Neolithic times down to the early Iron age. |
